Refund policy

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to start a return
Email support@skokoglobal.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval cannot be processed.

Condition
Films must be unused and unapplied, in their original packaging. Once a film has been applied, it cannot be returned unless it is defective.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges and any duties or taxes paid on delivery are not refundable.

Exchanges
To get a different item, return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to post it.

EU customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the conditions above.
