Shipping policy

Ships from
Orders ship from our warehouse in Seoul, South Korea.

Processing time
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Korean public holidays).

Carriers and delivery time
We ship most orders with FedEx. Some U.S. orders ship with USPS or another tracked service. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping. Some destinations, and shipments held for customs inspection, can take longer.

Shipping rates
Shipping cost is calculated by weight and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email when your order ships.

Duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They are paid by the customer to the carrier on delivery. Amounts depend on the rules of your country.

Address changes and cancellations
If you need to change your address or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@skokoglobal.com. Changes may not be possible after the order has shipped.

Failed delivery
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a refused delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to send it again.
